Motivator Brands is dedicated to training a new generation of athletic legends and champions in softball, baseball, and golf. Our network of coaches, scouts, and athletic mentors allows us to provide a unique opportunity for young athletes to learn how to successfully navigate college and professional athletics. Athletes who attend Motivator Brands events will discover motivation, build mental toughness, and gain a championship mindset.
Our Origins
After completing his career in professional baseball, CJ Beatty started The Baseball Motivator (2015) and The Softball Motivator (2018) brands to help youth baseball and softball players improve their game. CJ has leveraged his experience as a college (NC A&T) and professional (STL) baseball player, scout and coach for the St. Louis Cardinals to offer baseball and softball camps and clinics internationally. In 2023, The Golf Motivator brand launched after CJ partnered with Steph Curry’s Underrated Golf Tour Championship as a speaker.

For nearly ten years, TBM has hosted national & international camps, clinics, and motivational experiences for athletes, coaches, and parents. With a network of over 25 coaches/former players/industry professionals, TBM is one of the nation’s leading mental skills programs.
